本システムをご利用になるには、ユーザー登録が必要です。
In order to use this system, User Registration is required.
登録後についてAfter Completing User Registration 登録完了後、分野長の承認処理を経て、ログインに必要なパスワードが登録されたメールアドレス宛に送信されます。 A login password will be sent to your registered e-mail address upon approval by the Head of your department.

利用ガイドラインへの同意Agreement to the Terms of Use

装置を反社会的用途には使用しません。I shall not use equipment for any anti-social purposes.

装置の安全に関する注意点について、指導を受けます。I shall be instructed on the safety precaution of equipment.

装置を使用するにあたって必要な知識、技能について、指導を受けます。I shall be instructed on the knowledge and skills required to use the equipment.

装置の不調、使用法に不安がある場合などは、すぐに技術部に報告します。I shall report to the Technical Expert Division immediately in case equipment is in bad condition or I have any concerns over usage.

装置使用後の清掃、整理整頓を実施します。I shall clean up and keep things in order after using facilities.

技術部開室時間外の使用は、教員の指導の元で行います。I shall use equipment under the supervision of Faculty members if I need to use it outside of the Technical Expert Division’s office hours.

万一の傷害に関しては、利用者と所属分野において責任を負います。My affiliated department and I shall take full responsibility for any accidental injuries.

不正利用や技術部員の指示に従わない場合は、利用を取り消す場合があることを了承しました。I understand that unauthorized use or neglect of the Technical Staff’s instructions shall result in the cancellation of my User Registration.

利用前には必ず利用予約を行います。I shall be sure to make a reservation before using equipment.

利用予定変更時は速やかに予約変更を行います。I shall modify my reservation immediately if my schedule changes.

利用後は、実際の利用時間を、再入力します。After using equipment, I shall reenter the actual time of use.

その他、実施要領、注意事項に従います。I shall comply with others, such as implementation guidelines and precautions.
